Detailed study of the architectural project, site/property visit and preparation of a bill of quantities with itemised unit prices.
Contract and schedule
Signing of contract with value and schedule defined by phases. Construction insurance activated and site preparation.
Execution and site management
Construction with daily on-site supervision. Regular progress meetings and photographic reports sent to the client.
Handover and warranty
Thorough inspection, final as-built drawings, network certification, detailed final cleaning and key handover with statutory warranty: 10 years for structural elements and 5 years for the remainder.
